What if I don't want my stock list public?

That's the default. Your inventory is private. Only the cars you toggle to “List publicly” show on wheelclear.com. Everything else stays inside your dashboard, visible only to you and the team logins you create.

If showroom tools are free, how does WheelClear make money?

Two ways, all transparent: optional boosted-listing fees (only if you want a car to move faster), and bank referrals when a buyer closes a loan through WheelClear. None of these touch the showroom's wallet by default.

My accountant uses a separate book. Will this replace him?

No. It replaces the back-of-the-notebook ledger most showrooms keep day to day. Your accountant's job for FBR returns and formal accounting doesn't go away — but you can export a clean monthly P&L CSV to hand him, instead of a stack of paper.

Will buyers know my purchase price?

Never. Purchase price, costs, profit margin, internal notes — none of these are ever published. Buyers see only what you put on the public listing: asking price, photos, year, mileage, transmission, and your shop name.

Do I have to be in Multan?

Right now, yes — we're only onboarding showrooms within driving distance of Multan, because we visit each new showroom in person before activating the account. Lahore and Karachi open later this quarter; join the waitlist for those.

Does this work on my phone?

The web app is mobile-first and runs in any browser. A native Android/iOS app ships later this year. Quick Add, WhatsApp lead reply, and cash close are designed for one-thumb use on a phone.
