Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WheelClear (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to create an account. By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Listings

• You may only list vehicles you legally own or are authorised to sell.
• All listing information must be accurate and not misleading.
• Duplicate listings, fake ads, and stolen car listings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account ban.
• WheelClear reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
• Listing a car does not guarantee a sale.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Request advance payment, token payment, or any money transfer through our chat
• Share payment account numbers, IBAN, or mobile wallet details in chat
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts
• List stolen, non-roadworthy, or previously written-off vehicles without disclosure
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Attempt to bypass our verification system or post fraudulent listings

5. Verification

WheelClear uses phone OTP and optional face liveness verification to reduce fraud. Verification does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence, including physical inspection before purchase.

6. Transactions

WheelClear is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not hold, transfer, or guarantee any funds. All payments must be made in person at the time of vehicle handover.

7. Liability Limitation

WheelClear is not liable for any loss arising from transactions conducted through the platform, including fraud, misrepresentation, vehicle defects, or failed sales. Use the platform at your own risk. We strongly recommend physical inspection of any vehicle before purchase.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or engage in scam behaviour. Banned users may not create new accounts. We reserve the right to report serious fraud to law enforcement.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and code is owned by WheelClear. By submitting listing photos, you grant WheelClear a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your listing on the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab.
